Molly held several roles during her ten years at TNTP, most recently as a Partner in the southeast region. She led the Nashville Teaching Fellows EPP for MNPS and then exclusively with CMOs, with the EPP earning the highest distinction per The Tennessee Department of Education’s report card. Molly also led teams that collaborated with clients to implement and monitor school, district, and state-level academic strategies that change outcomes for students. These partnerships included EPP design and implementation support, teacher and leader evaluation models, high-quality instructional materials selection and implementation for literacy and mathematics, and state-wide grant support. In 2023, Molly worked as the Senior Director of Academics at Nashville Classical Charter Schools. She oversaw K-8 curriculum and assessment, Sped and RTI Scholar Supports, Talent, and Communications. Notably, her academic work focused on significant changes to Response to Intervention programming to achieve greater coherence for academically vulnerable students. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. She resides in East Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and two children.
